Wholesale Tile Program

Tile Distributor
Fabrication Services

Wholesale waterjet tile fabrication for distributors, importers, and installers.

The Fabrication Arm

JP Dynasty handles the tile craft. AWL runs the waterjet.

The wholesale fabrication program runs through JP Dynasty, a sister tile and stone brand under the same ownership with 20+ years of fabrication and installation-side expertise, powered by AWL’s OMAX waterjet equipment at the same Orange, CA facility. For distributors, importers, and commercial installer accounts, that means you get the tile knowledge of a dedicated tile shop combined with the machine capacity of a full-service waterjet fabricator under one roof. We do not sell, stock, or source tile — you supply the material, we fabricate. Nothing in this arrangement competes with your product sales.

The arrangement keeps your supply chain clean. One vendor, one PO, one freight lane, one point of contact. Whether the order is a thousand straight cuts on porcelain or a one-off custom medallion for a showroom display, it runs through the same team and ships on the same schedule commitments.

At a glance

Wholesale waterjet fabrication for tile distributors, importers, wholesale showrooms, and commercial installer organizations. Volume-friendly quoting, saved nesting files for repeat production, blind drop-ship to your installers or end customers, and NDA terms available for ongoing accounts. No retail direct sales inside the wholesale program.

Capabilities

Built for Volume.
Engineered for Consistency.

Wholesale work lives or dies on consistency. A run that comes out tight today and loose next month creates installer callbacks and brand damage. Our waterjet platform holds tight piece-to-piece tolerances across every run, depending on material, thickness, and geometry, regardless of batch size or cadence. Saved nesting files mean the tenth repeat order runs with identical setup to the first. Dedicated account handling means a single point of contact from PO receipt through delivery confirmation.

Materials

Any Slab, Any Tile.
You Supply It, We Fabricate.

All wholesale accounts run on customer-supplied material. You ship slabs or palletized tile to our facility, we fabricate against your PO, we return finished pieces ready for installer handoff or drop-ship. We do not sell, stock, or source tile or stone. Pure fabrication. The boundary is deliberate: it keeps your product sales untouched and your supply chain relationships intact. We handle the waterjet and the dry-fit; you handle the material.

Account Fit

Wholesale vs Retail.
Where the Program Fits.

Not every account belongs in the wholesale program. It’s built for repeat volume, for organizations that spec their own materials, and for accounts that handle their own installer relationships. For one-off residential jobs and single-project custom work, our standard project pricing through the parent tile hub makes more commercial sense for both sides.

Wholesale Fit

  • Distributors, importers, and wholesale showrooms
  • Commercial installers with ongoing project pipelines
  • Chain retail showrooms with display-sample needs
  • Repeat volume across similar pattern types
  • Accounts handling their own installer coordination
  • Willingness to execute NDA for ongoing work

Better Through Project Pricing

  • Single residential medallion or inlay
  • One-off custom fabrication for personal use
  • Homeowners without designer or contractor involved
  • Projects requiring installation coordination from us
  • Trade work with deep customization per project

Not sure where your account fits? Send a description of typical volume, material mix, and who handles installation. We’ll route you to the right program honestly.

The Process

From PO to Installer Handoff.

Wholesale orders skip the design-iteration stage that custom one-off projects need. Once an account is set up with saved nesting files, quoting preferences, and shipping details, the order flow is deliberately lean.

01.

Account Setup

One-time onboarding: NDA as needed, quoting preferences, shipping details, blind-ship configuration, and designated contact. Nesting files saved for your repeat patterns. Done once, reused forever.

02.

PO Receipt

PO comes in with quantity, pattern reference, material source, and ship-by date. For saved patterns we confirm receipt and schedule. For new patterns we quote and confirm before cutting.

03.

Fabrication & QC

Cutting runs on the OMAX waterjet with saved or new nesting. Dry-fit verified against the pattern spec. Finish details (as-cut vs polished edge) applied per account preference.

04.

Packaging & Drop-Ship

Packaged per account spec: palletized, crated, mesh-mounted, or custom packing. Shipping under your return address if requested. Tracking forwards to your designated account contact automatically.

Who We Serve

The Accounts Behind the Storefront.

Our wholesale accounts are the fabrication arm behind tile distributors, wholesale showrooms, commercial installers, and importers. Per long-standing policy, we don’t name specific accounts on this site. Confidentiality is standard in this category.

Tile Distributors

Regional and national distributors carrying premium natural stone, porcelain, and engineered surfaces. Fabrication as a value-add inside your product catalog.

Importers

Importers of European, Asian, and Latin American tile and stone. Fabrication capability in-country so large-format or specialty material doesn’t require overseas finishing.

Wholesale Showrooms

Trade-only and hybrid trade/retail showrooms. Display samples, custom feature pieces for showroom walls, and on-demand fabrication for specified projects.

Commercial Installers

Installation companies with ongoing commercial pipelines in hospitality, civic, corporate, and retail construction. Fabrication behind your install crews.

Architectural Firms

Firms specifying tile and stone for multi-project pipelines. Consistent fabrication partner across projects rather than rotating subs per job.

Trade Networks

Trade organizations coordinating fabrication on behalf of their installer members. Single-vendor simplification for multi-shop installer networks.

File Prep

What a Wholesale PO Should Include.

Once an account is onboarded, saved nesting files remove most of the file-prep friction on repeat orders. The PO itself just needs the quantity, material source, and any variation from the saved pattern. New patterns run through a one-time file-prep pass the first time they’re ordered, after which they’re in the system indefinitely.

Turnaround

Honest Lead Times.
Scope Drives the Schedule.

Lead times depend on scope, complexity, and material. Established accounts with saved nesting files move faster than first-run orders on new patterns because file-prep is already done, but we don’t promise rush timelines on tile: piece count, material availability, and dry-fit time are real variables. We will give you an honest timeline after reviewing the PO. Rush availability depends on the scope and nature of the project. Call 714-278-9874 with your timeline and we will tell you honestly what is realistic.

Common Questions

Distributor FAQs.

What does wholesale tile fabrication include?
Our wholesale program covers waterjet cutting, nesting, dry-fit, mesh-mounting (for mosaics), palletized or crated packaging, and nationwide freight. Finishing options include as-cut edges or light polishing on exposed edges where the installation calls for it. We do not wet-install on-site; finished fabrication hands off to your installer or installer network. The program is built for repeat volume from distributors, importers, showroom chains, and commercial installer organizations that spec their own materials and need a consistent fabrication partner behind the scenes.
Do you offer volume pricing for distributors and importers?
Yes. Every wholesale job is quoted individually, but repeat volume is reflected in the pricing. Nesting efficiency across repeat patterns, shared setup time across batches, and bundled freight all factor into the quote. We don’t publish a rate card because pricing depends on mix (materials, pattern complexity, batch frequency). Send us your typical monthly or quarterly volume and we’ll provide a transparent breakdown of where the pricing lands.
Can you drop-ship directly to our installers or end customers?
Yes. Finished work ships blind directly to the address you specify. Return address on the packaging can be set to your company or to our facility, as you prefer. Shipping tracking and delivery confirmation forward to your account automatically. For accounts that bill end customers directly, we can withhold pricing or other commercial information from the shipping documentation so nothing awkward shows up at the destination.
How consistent is fabrication across repeat production runs?
Consistency is the promise. The abrasive waterjet holds tight piece-to-piece tolerances on the first run and the hundredth run, depending on material, thickness, and geometry. Variability enters from material itself (natural stone has veining, color direction, and finish variation that affect the aesthetic result), not from the cutting process. For production patterns where consistency matters most, we maintain nesting files and cutting parameters in our system so a repeat order runs with the same setup that produced the original. Natural-material variation gets managed on the material-selection side with your sourcing team.
Do you fabricate from distributor-supplied material or do you stock tile?
All distributor work runs on material you supply. You ship slabs or tile to our Orange, CA facility, we fabricate, and we return finished pieces. We do not sell, stock, or source tile or stone — this is a fabrication-only operation. That boundary protects your supply chain relationships and your margins; we never compete for the material sale. Ship us what the spec calls for and we cut it to the file you approve.
What turnaround should a distributor expect on a repeat order?
Lead times depend on scope, complexity, and material. Established accounts with saved nesting files run faster than first-run orders on new patterns because the file-prep pass is already done. We will give you an honest timeline after reviewing the PO and the material. Rush availability depends on the scope and nature of the project. Call 714-278-9874 with your timeline and we will tell you honestly what is realistic. For projects where the installer has a hard deadline, get us the PO and the deadline simultaneously and we will confirm whether the lead time is achievable before we accept the order.
Can you produce showroom display samples and custom feature pieces?
Yes, and we do this regularly for showroom accounts. Typical display work includes medallion samples (small-scale replicas of available patterns), edge treatment samples showing as-cut vs polished finishes, and custom feature cuts that demonstrate the fabrication capability to end clients walking the showroom floor. Display production runs at showroom pricing rather than full wholesale because the samples drive downstream orders. We can also ship directly to trade show booths for industry events.
Do you sign NDA agreements with distributor and installer accounts?
Yes. For accounts where pattern IP, pricing structure, or customer relationships are competitively sensitive, we’ll execute a mutual NDA before discussing specifics. For ongoing relationships that need formal terms beyond an NDA, we’re open to discussing what makes sense for both sides. Confidentiality extends to not naming our wholesale accounts in marketing material or on this site, which is a general policy rather than something that requires an NDA to enforce.
