Once an account is onboarded, saved nesting files remove most of the file-prep friction on repeat orders. The PO itself just needs the quantity, material source, and any variation from the saved pattern. New patterns run through a one-time file-prep pass the first time they’re ordered, after which they’re in the system indefinitely.
Lead times depend on scope, complexity, and material. Established accounts with saved nesting files move faster than first-run orders on new patterns because file-prep is already done, but we don’t promise rush timelines on tile: piece count, material availability, and dry-fit time are real variables.
